Vibes Creator
You are the face of the trip. You accompany our groups on location, create the atmosphere and turn strangers into a crew.
Your tasks
- Accompany group trips & host the group
- Make sure the mood is great & the days run smoothly
- Capture moments — photo, video, stories on location
- Be the first point of contact for travellers
What suits you
- You like being on the road & you are flexible
- You approach people openly
- Organised and calm even when things get turbulent
- An affinity for social media & content
Travel Designer
You plan the trips that others talk about for the rest of their lives. You build tailor-made routes — from the first idea to the last detail.
Your tasks
- Design & plan individual trips
- Personal advice for guests (often via WhatsApp)
- Put together stays, activities & logistics
- Create quotes & support the booking
What suits you
- You love travel & know your way around
- You work carefully & with an eye for detail
- You enjoy communicating & are reliable
- You prefer planning to being on location yourself
Destination Manager
You know your destination like the back of your hand. You keep in touch with partners on the ground and make sure our offering there is really right.
Your tasks
- Look after partners (hotels, guides, activities) on the ground
- Maintain trip quality & information for your destination(s)
- Discover & suggest new options on the ground
- Be the contact for questions about your region
