How we work

What does it really cost, and what for?

We don't sell off-the-shelf beds. We build your trip, and that takes time, a team and yes: a margin. Here's where your money goes.

Sample breakdown

How a 10-day trip adds up

An illustrative split: not a quote, no real amounts. Every trip is different, but the categories are the same for almost every package trip.

Flight

The biggest single item. Class and airline have the most influence on the total price.

Hotel & accommodation

Season and category vary most here from trip to trip.

Transfers & experiences

What is booked on the ground, instead of being improvised at the front desk.

Advice, planning & support

Your Travel Designer, coordination with hotels and airlines, being reachable during the trip, and part of this is our margin.

Price ranges, honestly explained

Why does the same trip cost CHF 3’000 one time and CHF 5’000 another?

Season

The same trip costs more in high season. Flights and hotels get more expensive then, not us.

Hotel category

A 4-star instead of a 5-star hotel can make several hundred francs per person, without changing anything in the programme.

Flight class

Economy, Premium Economy or Business: the biggest lever on price, whatever the destination.

Compared with booking it yourself

What you get, and what you no longer have to do yourself

Big travel portals sell you off-the-shelf beds. We build your trip with a person who knows it, not with a form that throws it together.

What you gain

A dedicated contact, flight, hotel and transfer coordinated as one package, and help when something doesn't go to plan on the road.

What you skip

Hours of research across scattered portals, the risk of conflicting bookings, and the question of who is liable if a provider drops out.

Radical for the industry

Most travel agencies never talk about how they earn money. We do: part of your price is our margin, and in return you get advice that costs something because it is worth something. We think that is better explained than hidden.
