Our villa is the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy the privacy of their own villa without sacrificing the amenities of a 5-star hotel. The villa includes daily cleaning services (included in the cleaning fee) and a dedicated concierge to help you plan your Cancun vacation.

The living room has a huge 82-inch screen with Apple TV, Bose soundbar, and central air-conditioning. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing meals for larger groups. Security is provided by a garage for two cars and a locked gate that prevents access to the garage and the main entrance of the villa. There is also a security service every night from 21:00 to 5:00 to ensure guests' wellbeing.

The spacious master suite is located on the upper floor of the villa and is separated from the rest of the house to ensure privacy. If the 92-inch TV in the living room isn't enough, you can enjoy movies in the fully equipped movie theater with a 150-inch screen, projector and surround sound system!

The master bathroom has an indoor rain shower and an outdoor shower. A private patio with lounge furniture offers views of the bay and the garden.

One floor higher is the private roof terrace with day beds and a training pool.

On the second floor, there are three main guest suites, all with en suite bathrooms and spacious walk-in closets. This floor also houses the private gym with high-quality equipment, a full bathroom and a dry sauna.

Guest capacity: The standard capacity is 12 guests, with a maximum of 15 guests allowed.

Cancellation policy: No refunds are possible after payment of the deposit.
