OUR SUITES

The Paradise Suite: This private honeymoon suite is secluded on the roof of the villa. Equipped with panoramic windows, you can enjoy picturesque views of the Caribbean paradise every morning.

The Cenote Suite: The largest suite in the villa has a spacious terrace with views of the sea and the pool. She has already hosted prominent guests, including Michelle Obama.

The Riviera Suite: This master suite offers the largest closet space in the villa and a terrace with views of the sea and pool. Perfect for coffee lovers in the morning or wine lovers in the evening.

The Palm Suite: This ground floor suite offers a private terrace with pool views and direct access to the bar.

The Mezcal Suite: Centrally located, this suite offers a spacious terrace with pool and sea views.

The Oasis Suite: This charming suite offers a cozy ambiance with views of the tropical garden.

THE APARTMENTS (Casitas)

The Bay Suite: A spacious ground floor apartment with king-size bed, sofa bed, kitchenette and private terrace with hammock chair.

The Playa Suite: A modern upstairs apartment with similar furnishings and a private terrace.

SERVICES & AMENITIES

The villa is fully equipped with a world-class team of house staff, VIP concierge and experienced chefs. Professional cuisine provides culinary experiences, with ingredients purchased at a local additional cost.

Guests enjoy individually designed dishes based on their preferences — from fresh acai bowls to truffle pasta, sushi and modern Mexican cuisine.

PRICING

The standard rate is for up to 8 people, after which there is an additional fee of $200 per person. Maximum capacity: 20 people.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS

Overnight rate: $5,000 per night (minimum 3 nights).

Organization fees:

Up to 20 guests: $2,500

21-40 guests: 5,000 USD

41-60 guests: $7,500

61-100 guests: $10,000

There are additional fees for food and staff (20%). The event is organized by a wedding planner with a 20% commission.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the time of cancellation, cancellation fees may apply up to the amount of the deposit.

HOUSE RULES

Pets are allowed with prior approval ($250 per pet).

Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas (not on the beach).
