Welcome to our spacious 800 m² retreat. On the ground floor, you can relax in the home cinema with comfortable sofas and air conditioning. The living room, which overlooks the pool and the sea, offers a unique perspective. A large granite table for 12 people is accompanied by a chef's kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a stove, a mixer, a professional coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, pots, pans and fine glassware for impeccable table service.

The large terrace offers a bar, a Green Egg BBQ grill, an outdoor kitchen and a dining table for 12 people. The large pool with crystal clear water and a sandy beach invites you to relax. Paddleboards and kayaks are ready for your seaside adventures.

On the upper floor, there are six bedrooms, each a place of comfort. Two master bedrooms offer king size beds, ocean views, spacious closets, en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, bathtubs and terraces. The other bedrooms offer jungle views and cozy king-size or king-dive beds, large closets, and luxurious bathrooms with rain showers, bathtubs, and double sinks. All rooms are furnished with extra pillows and blankets, a safe, powerful air-conditioning and luxurious 100% cotton sheets.

Stay active in our fitness room, which is equipped with a treadmill, bike, yoga mats, weights, and a weight bench.

On the roof, a heated pool/hot tub awaits you under the stars. Enjoy the rooftop bar, lounge, dance floor, and the amenities of a toilet and shower. We ensure that your stay is a combination of luxury and comfort, with every detail designed for an unforgettable experience.

Your comfort is our top priority and our dedicated team is here to make your stay worry-free. Our housekeeper and caretaker, available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., will take care of all interior and exterior cleaning, so you won't have to do any chores during your vacation. From carrying luggage to washing sheets and towels, they are ready to help. Our chef, available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., will prepare delicious meals for your group. The service is free; you only pay for the ingredients. The chef does the shopping, presents you with the receipts and can even prepare pitchers of margaritas and piña coladas. Our wine cellar offers wines and champagnes for purchase, and tips for staff are welcome.

Our concierge will make your stay seamless, assist you with check-in, and help with restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, massages, yoga classes, yacht trips, and more. She is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. via text message.

Given the infrastructure challenges in Tulum, our home is equipped with a generator to ensure a seamless vacation without interruptions, even during power outages. Your peace of mind is our concern. Welcome to a carefree break!
