Why this trip
From the CN Tower you can see Lake Ontario to the horizon on clear days, and below lies a city in which many cultures find room. Toronto is interesting for travellers who want to see Canada not only in landscape but in its people. As the opening of a Canada trip the city is a good place to arrive. The Royal Ontario Museum shows natural history and world cultures under one roof, and the Art Gallery of Ontario complements that with Canadian art.
In High Park you find meadows and paths for a quiet afternoon, and from the Toronto Skyline Viewpoint you see the city as a whole. Anyone who looks for uniqueness plans an evening by the water when the lights come on. June to September is the favourable time, the days are long and warm. Vancouver lies as a neighbouring destination on the other side of the country, and a trip between the two coasts is a project of its own that takes time.
Such a lifelong wish, to travel once across Canada, demands an order that honestly accounts for distances and pauses. Once in a Lifetime discusses this with you in the video call before flights are fixed.
