Why this trip

If you already know Amsterdam, you will find in The Hague the calmer sister with a beach: Scheveningen lies on the edge of the city, and the sea is part of the programme just like the museums. That gives a send-off a rhythm of culture by day and sea air in the evening. In the Mauritshuis hangs Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring, in the Panorama Mesdag you stand in the middle of a circular painting, and Escher in the Palace has groups laughing about optical illusions. On the waterfront The Pier SkyView lifts the group up high, with a view over the North Sea and dunes.

The Peace Palace shows why the city is regarded as the seat of international courts. If you like it sporty, hire bicycles on the beach and ride through the dunes before the group ends the day in one of the beach pavilions. From April to September it is mild enough for beach days and bike rides. Rotterdam, Utrecht and Amsterdam are so close that the train makes a second evening in another city possible.

You agree the schedule, rooms and times with Bachelor Trips in a video call.
