Frankreich is a travel country that Luxury plans for discerning travellers who focus on discretion, service and time. Overview
France looks most elegant in May and June or in September and October, when the vines are green and Paris is not overfull. Luxury here is rarely loud: it lies in the table by the window, in the concierge who knows your name, and in the room that suits the hour. Paris demands good hotels in quiet streets and evenings that do not look like appointments. Nice lies on the Côte d'Azur, where promenade and old town invite you to stroll.
Bordeaux belongs to the wines, the quays and the wine museum, and one day is enough as an introduction. Lyon is regarded by gourmets as the city of small bouchons, in which local cuisine is served without frills. In the Alps Courchevel, Val d'Isère and Chamonix tempt, their chalets as much in demand in summer as in winter. Tipping is not obligatory, because service is included in the price, and a «Bonjour» on entering is appreciated.
Whether you combine city, coast or mountains is for you to decide in the video call, without haste and without a set plan.
