Overview
Anyone who seeks luxury in Switzerland needs no spectacle, but time. In summer between June and September passes are open, lakes warm and hotels full of people who cultivate calm. Zurich, Geneva and Basel offer city, art and cuisine, while Gstaad, Zermatt and St. Moritz stand for mountains in which retreat is a tradition.
Gstaad is a mountain village with grandeur, without showing off, and remains a place of quiet conversations even in summer. Crans-Montana lies on a sunny high plateau in Valais with a view of four-thousand-metre peaks. Andermatt on the Gotthard combines mountain scenery with a modern resort offer and is quickly reached. The distances are short, the public transport excellent, and yet a private transfer is worthwhile, because it removes luggage and waiting.
Tap water is drinkable everywhere, and the weather in the Alps sometimes changes quickly. Anyone who comes from nearby gains a change of perspective on the doorstep, and anyone who travels from further away appreciates the reliability. Both can be planned to measure in the video call.
