The Dolomites are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Cortina d'Ampezzo lies right in the middle. The town, co-host of the 2026 Winter Olympics, is in summer above all a hiking base: rock towers, alpine pastures and high-level trails lie right on the doorstep.
