Why this trip
White cube-shaped houses nestling against a hill, and above them an acropolis: Lindos is a postcard motif that a group likes immediately. The bays below are clear and invite swimming. The climb to the Temple of Athena Lindia is the first task, and from the viewpoint the group is rewarded with a view over the sea. At the beach of Mikros Gialos boats lie at anchor, and in the sea caves snorkelling is an experience.
For dinner you look for a taverna with a terrace from which the illuminated acropolis can be seen. Small lanes without cars make the place easy to explore on foot, and donkeys still carry visitors up to the acropolis, in case someone in the group does not want to walk the whole climb. Kiotari is only 15 minutes away and offers wide beaches if the group wants more space. Santorini, Naxos and Paros can be reached by ferry.
From May to June and from September to October the heat is bearable, and the flight takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. The conversation with Bachelor Trips in a video call helps to arrange rooms and excursions.
